PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Afripanel delivered a new sales office building for We Buy Cars in Rustenburg, North West, created to operate as a regional sales hub. Located on private land in the C.B.D., the project provides a dedicated customer-facing and administrative facility designed around the practical needs of a busy automotive sales operation.

PURPOSE OF THE BUILDING

The building provides a professional regional base for sales, customer interaction and administration, bringing key business functions together in one purpose-built facility.

BUILD DESIGN AND LAYOUT

The layout includes an open-plan deck area for customer seating, individual offices for sales, finance and management, and a dedicated storeroom. The arrangement supports both front-of-house activity and the administrative functions required for the regional sales hub.
