African

African Prefab HousesAfrican Prefab Houses 2

Our African range main feature is the flat roof; the roof slope is a minimum of 4 deg. This housing style is for smaller buildings but can still include all general accommodation necessities. The IBR roof panel is such a well structural strength product that it provides up to a 10m long spans with no support. The actual roof panel is also the ceiling and the best part is that it is insulated (energy efficient) and time saving on installation.

The main feature of the Traditional style housing system is the lightweight trusses. This type of building system can be used up to a very large building, taking in consideration the combined strength of common walls, the ceiling, insulated panels and the trusses.

This style is a very effective insulated structure but take longer than the African Housing style to install, due to the trusses.

Modern Features

The main feature of the modern housing system is that the actual chromadek panel looks like cobble rock on the outside and wood grain on the inside of the house. This house style is a bit more expensive but brings back the mortar feel. The chromadek pattern lasts approximately 12 years. It can be repainted with our special Afripanel PVA Paint.
